Corporate and incentive charters
Can you book a private boat for a corporate group in Cape Town?
Yes. The boat is chartered privately for the day with the schedule, route and format set around the group rather than around a fishing plan.

What a private corporate charter looks like
You take the whole boat. That changes the day fundamentally: departure time, route, how much of it is fishing and how much is coastline, and whether the objective is to catch something or simply to give a group four hours they will talk about afterwards.
For incentive groups and client entertainment, the coastal and sunset formats usually work better than a full offshore day. Nine to twelve hours at sea is a commitment; an afternoon down the Atlantic Seaboard is not.
What it works well for
- Client entertainment where a restaurant is the obvious alternative and a poor one.
- Incentive trips for visiting teams, where Cape Town itself is the reward.
- Small team offsites — the boat takes a working group, not a department.
- Bachelor parties and stag groups, where an eight-hour coastal cruise is usually the format.
- Film, stills and production work needing a stable platform offshore.
What to tell us when you enquire
Group size, the date or the window, and what the day is for. That last one changes the recommendation more than the other two: a group that wants to catch a tuna and a group that wants a memorable two hours are booking different trips.
Invoicing, purchase orders and a formal quotation are all straightforward.

Can you book a boat for a bachelor party in Cape Town?
Yes, and every package is open to a stag group. An eight-hour coastal cruise is the usual recommendation: a full day on the water, then dropped back at the harbour and pointed at the nearest bar. A small, adventurous group can equally book the offshore tuna trip.
Can you charter the whole boat privately in Cape Town?
Yes. A private charter takes the whole boat for the day, with the route, timing and format set around the group.
What is the best corporate boat trip in Cape Town?
For client entertainment and incentive groups, a private coastal charter along the Atlantic Seaboard usually works better than a full offshore fishing day, which is a nine-to-twelve-hour commitment.
